At La Panetteria, we work with carefully selected flour from Molino Pasini — a historic Italian mill with over a century of expertise, trusted by some of the world’s finest bakeries and restaurants. We are proud to be its exclusive representative in Georgia.
Our process is rooted in slow fermentation, simple ingredients, and respect for time. Every product is made with intention — refined technique, natural development, and no unnecessary shortcuts.
